A set of Mahjongg tiles has three suits of nine pips and a Dragon plus four Winds that are repeated four times. There are also four Seasons and four Flowers which makes a total of 144 tiles in a complete set. The three suits are usually called Coins, Strings and Sticks although other names are sometimes used. This likely places the origin of the tiles in the Money Suit class of game pieces as in Coins, Strings of Coins and Myriads or Strings of Strings. The Dragons are known by their colors which are usually red, green and white. The Winds are North, South, East and West. The Mahjongg games in PySol, PySolFC and Pysol III should properly be called "Mahjongg solitaire" since Mahjongg is a game that requires four players referred to as the four winds.
