The cards must be arranged on the tableaux as follows:
If you clear a space at the bottom it will be automatically filled with a card from the talon. Play is only between the tableaux stacks and from the rows to the tableaux. When no further moves are possible, click on the talon for a fresh row of cards at the bottom.
Auto drop is disabled until the talon is empty.
You win when all of the cards are arranged in order.
Strategy
If the deal does not place at least one Ace or pip card in it's proper place
and it's matching court card somewhere on the tableaux, the battle can
not be won. Defeat can also be snatched from the jaws by committing
reserves (clicking the talon) prematurely (at all).
The rows build up in steps of three. The lowest row is Ace, 4, 7, Samuri and Shogun, the next up is 2, 5, 8, Hatamoto and Emperor and the top row is 3, 6, 9, Okugatasama and Dragon.
Auto drop is disabled until the talon is empty.
You win when all of the cards are arranged in order.
The score will be doubled if the reserves are not used.
Strategy
Solving this usually depends on setting up for the end game. Be sure to
have the free cells filled before clicking the last deal.
Notes
A double score can be earned by not using the free cells.
