Rules
The four foundations in the corners build up in suit,
wrapping around from King (Hex) to Ace.
The base rank is determined at initial dealing.
The five tableaux piles build down by rank,
wrapping around from Ace to King (Hex).
Only the top card can be moved.
Strategy
Royal East depends almost entirely on the fall of the cards.
With a redeal these games become much more Strategy focused.
Use the tableaux piles to set up for the redeal.
